Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overarching posting schedule across platforms
  • Monitor trending topics and identify opportunities for timely commentary
  • Engage with community comments and messages (within boundaries)
  • Track analytics and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement
  • Coordinate with social media specialists, writers, and designers

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts
  • Understanding of each platform’s culture, algorithm, and best practices
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand voice across different contexts
  • Skilled in creating platform-native content (reels, TikToks, carousels)
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Commitment to ethical engagement (no buying followers, authentic interaction only)
