Managing Your Membership

Take control of your membership billing and preferences.

Viewing Subscription Details

Access your subscription information:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Hover over “Profile” in the header
  3. In the dropdown, select “My Membership”

You can also access this page directly from your profile by going to “More” in your profile menu and scrolling down to “Membership.” You can quickly review your details here, and if you need to make changes you can click “Edit Profile” and it will take you to your membership account page.

Here you’ll find:

  • Current membership tier
  • Account details (email, name, etc)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method on file
  • Subscription history

Updating Payment Information

To update your credit card or billing address:

  1. Go to My Memberships > Click the “Update Billing” button
  2. Select “Update Payment Method”
  3. Enter new payment information
  4. Click “Save Changes”

We process payments securely through Stripe. We never store your complete card information on our servers – only the last 4 digits and expiration date.

Switching Billing Cycles

Our current system has restrictions that we cannot afford to get around right now, so unfortunately switching and upgrading is a bit difficult right now. To change from monthly to annual, vice versa, or upgrade your account:

  1. Go to My Membership
  2. Scroll to “My Memberships”
  3. Cancel your current membership
  4. Re-subscribe at the level you want

We know this is not the best, we do apologize and as soon as we can upgrade our software, we will!

Pausing Your Subscription

We don’t currently offer subscription pausing, but you can:

  • Downgrade to Observer (free) to maintain community access
  • Cancel and rejoin later (your account remains intact until you delete it, even if the membership is inactive)
  • Contact [email protected] if you need a temporary break due to hardship

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period:

  • You’ll receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal
  • The charge processes automatically on your renewal date
  • You’ll receive a receipt via email
  • No action needed unless you want to make changes

Billing Issues

If your payment fails:

  • We’ll automatically retry charging within 24 hours
  • You’ll receive an email notification
  • Your access continues during the grace period (72 hours)
  • Update your payment method to avoid interruption

Receipt and Invoice History

Access all past receipts:

  1. My Membership > View Order History
  2. Click on any transaction to view/download receipt
