Changing Payment Methods

Keep your payment information current to ensure uninterrupted access.

When to Update Payment Methods

Update your payment information if:

  • Your card has expired
  • You’ve received a replacement card
  • You want to use a different payment method
  • Your billing address has changed
  • A payment has failed

How to Update Payment Information

Desktop:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Hover over “Profile” in the site menu
  3. Select “My Membership” from the dropdown
  4. Click the “Update Billing” button
  5. Click “Update Payment Method”
  6. Enter new card information
  7. Update billing address if needed
  8. Click “Save Changes”

Mobile:

  1. Log in via mobile browser or PWA
  2. Tap menu icon (three lines)
  3. Look under “Profile” dropdown
  4. Tap “My Membership”
  5. Click “Update Billing” button
  6. Tap “Update Payment Method”
  7. Enter new information
  8. Tap “Save”

What Information You’ll Need

  • Credit or debit card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVV/security code
  • Billing address (must match card)
  • Cardholder name

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Most debit cards with major card logos

Security

  • All payment processing is handled by Stripe
  • Your complete card information is never stored on our servers
  • We only retain the last 4 digits and expiration date
  • All transactions are encrypted and secure

Payment Method Changes Take Effect Immediately

  • Your next billing will use the new payment method
  • You’ll receive confirmation via email
  • Previous payment methods are removed from our system

Failed Payment Recovery

If your payment fails:

  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method immediately
  3. We’ll automatically attempt to process payment again
  4. Your access remains active during the grace period (72 hours)

International Cards

We accept international cards from most countries. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees – check with your card issuer.
